Reservation Confirmation
All reservations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by valid credit card details. A pre-authorization will be conducted on the card provided.
- Pre-Authorization: This is not a charge but a verification of the card's validity, involving a temporary hold of the amount equivalent to the first night's stay (within five days prior to the guest’s arrival). This serves as a guarantee for the reservation.
- If the pre-authorization fails, the reservation will unfortunately be considered invalid. In such cases, the hotel will contact the guest to provide notification.
Invoices
Guests requesting an invoice for their stay must communicate this at the time of confirmation and promptly provide the necessary details. Otherwise, the hotel will issue a nominal tax receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the hotel. The following penalties apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Up to 3 days before check-in: No penalty.
- Within 3 days before check-in: A penalty equal to the cost of the first night.
- No-show: The first night's stay will be charged.
Changes to Stay Duration
Any modifications to the length of stay (e.g., early departure) made after check-in will result in the full stay being charged.
Damages and Losses
In the event of theft or damages caused by the guest during their stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.
Rates and Services
- Rates include overnight stay, breakfast (served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM), and concierge service.
- Rooms are available from 1:30 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- The reception is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Payment Methods
Checks are not accepted for payment.
